Stew/Masseuse (Rota) - 60+m M/Y

We are seeking a Steward(ess)/Masseuse for a 65m+ private motor yacht. This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible in Europe, on a very active, dual-season vessel. The ideal candidate will be a qualified massage therapist with confidence and experience in Swedish massage techniques. Additional skills as a Nail Technician and Yoga Instructor are a significant advantage. This role will involve approximately 80% stewardess duties and 20% spa responsibilities, though this balance may vary. We are looking for someone with at least 6 months of experience, fluent in English, and with a professional demeanor. The vessel has a mixed-nationality crew, with nine members on the interior team. It is a non-smoking environment, and we prefer candidates with no visible tattoos. A B1/B2 visa is advantageous. Salary is dependent on experience, with a 3:1 rotation. This 75m MY is currently looking for a solid 2nd Officer to join their long standing team in mid November. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years yachting experience behind them, and an OOW unlimited ticket. You will be confident in all bridge areas, and be capable of leading the deck team currently onboard. You will be doing the majority of the guest tender runs of an evening when they go ashore, but this will also be split with the Bosun and Lead Deckhand to make sure that everyone gets the correct amount of rest onboard.

A prestigious 100m+ superyacht, currently undergoing a yard period at BBBM, is seeking a skilled 2nd Officer to join the team and work closely with the Chief and First Officers in a dynamic and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar position on 80m+ yachts or high-quality passenger vessels. Applicants must hold an OOW or Chief Mate Unlimited Certificate of Competency, along with an up-to-date STCW95/10 certification and a valid Seafarers Medical Certificate. Additional qualifications such as ECDIS and DP certification will be an advantage, and proficiency in Medical Care Aboard Ship, Ship Security Officer (SSO), and Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) are required. Candidates should have a strong background in leadership, communication, and management, with the ability to handle diplomatic matters effectively. Superior boat handling, navigation, and watchkeeping skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of ISM and ISPS practices, including the ability to write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct risk assessments. A calm and composed approach in emergency situations, coupled with excellent organizational and methodical skills, is highly desirable.
